How to use this DTF printhead flush solution

Use TD DailyFlo during every daily shutdown. Flush it through the capping station and nozzle area to clear fresh ink residue before it dries. It’s formulated for daily use only, so keep it separate from your longer-term care routine: if your printer will sit idle for a few days, switch to TD RestGuard; for storage beyond that, use TD SleepSeal.

Why daily flushing matters

DTF (direct-to-film) inks are pigment-based and dry quickly once exposed to air. Even a few hours of neglect at the print head can leave micro-clots in the nozzle channels of piezo printheads, leading to skipped lines and expensive service calls. A quick daily flush with TD DailyFlo keeps the nozzle plate clean and ready for the next production run.
